Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Quick-Step Soccer Performance Training LLC ("Quick-Step," "we," or "our"). By purchasing a training session, registering for a program, or signing a waiver, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment and Session Agreement

• Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid in advance. Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Non-Transferable: Sessions tied to a program must be completed within that program and cannot be carried over.
• Flex Packages: Flex sessions may be used for one-on-one or group training, depending on coach availability.

2. Attendance Policy

• Attendance: Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. For absences, at least 24-hour notice with proper documentation must be provided for makeup consideration.
• No-Show: If canceled without notice or documentation, the session is forfeited and charged at the standard rate.

3. Booking Policy

Sessions are officially booked once date, location, and time are confirmed and payment has been received. Until then, requested slots are not guaranteed.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in Quick-Step sessions, you acknowledge the inherent risks of athletic activity. You release Quick-Step Soccer Performance Training LLC, its coaches, and staff from liability for injuries or damages occurring during training.

5. Modifications

Quick-Step Soccer Performance Training LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
